Its so hard, but when you come to the point you realize its time to let it go because its just not working. What are things you can do to help you cope and move on faster? I know it will take time, but I just cant stop thinking about him.

Realize that all of a sudden you have all this time on your hands that you can use to focus on **YOU** take a bubble bath, write in your journal, hang out with your friends, get out of the house.. do whatever you want to do because you're single and free! Wahoo!
