Don't bother to suggest Abreva. I'm way too poor. Any low cost options will be welcome.

I always hold an ice cube on it for a while several times a day. And cleaning the area with alcohol or peroxided before you go to sleep. If it dosnt work and you get a cold sore just keep cleaning it with alcohol. Alcohol dries it out faster.

attempt some Abreva. it is OTC, so it should not be too reliable. i don't have chilly sores, so i won't be able to inform you if it truly works or no longer, yet tingling is an issue-free caution of a chilly sore coming (i comprehend those who've them.) And save those lips lined in lip balm or lipstick with reliable sunscreen--SPF 15 a minimum of! take care of them from severe chilly and warm temperature--one or both would reason chilly sores to go back up for you. save your rigidity low and eat excellent. in case you are able to capture a chilly sore early in protecting with lip tingling, then you'll have a reliable caution signal for the subsequent time and also you'll continually be able to take action early.

take L-Lysine tablets, you can find them at a big box store pharmacy or pharmacy somewhere. If you have an outbreak, you may want to take 3-4 tablets several times a day. You can also crunch up an L-Lysine tablet into a fine powder and put it on with some chapstick.
