Help - yahoo suddenly won't let me send/receive mail?
It will let me log in and see all existing emails. Won't let me do any activity though - receive emails, delete, move to folders. When I try to send an email, it says "problem, couldn't be sent" - This is an important account I need - any ideas??

Im experiencing exactly the same problem. I don't understand how Yahoo Help will be able to help me when I can't receive email into that account. Yes, I'm using a different Yahoo email account to write this...& all is fine (in this account). Sorry, I don't know the answer for either you or myself.
I just got finished with Yahoo Live Chat. They suggested I make sure the Java runtime environment was up to date. I downloaded it, but I got the message that I already had it on my computer & did I want to download it again...so I selected "yes". This resolved the issue. I can now receive, send AND save to drafts. Give this a try!!!
