Do you believe in climate change?

I just want to get a general feel for how many people do and don't believe in global climate change. Explanations are welcome.

Definitely. Every major scientific organization in the world, and the vast majority of climate scientists, agree.

the sole scientists who merchandise to international Warming are offered with the aid of massive oil, for the previous 250 years people have been pumping CO2 into the ambience it is inflicting climate replace to be extra swifter than fantastically much the different time in Earth's historic previous. in case you develop the typical temperature in simple terms with the aid of one, the sea levels will upward thrust one hundred meters. large areas of Eastren North Ameirca, Northern Europe and Eastren China would be under water. The Polar Ice caps have declined some 20% for the reason that 1979 you're able to have faith Exon Mobil in case you like. in spite of everything they only make BILLIONS of revenue,

If someone could give a concrete definition for it maybe we could. Who knows? The environmentalists who came up with the term came up with it in desperation. Back in the sixties they tried to convince us there was an Ice Age and that CO2 was the culprit. When that didn't work they changed it to Global warming and that CO2 is the culprit. Then when that didn't work they changed it to Climate Change and what is the culprit? You guessed it CO2. These so called scientists do not try to convince you with accurate facts and data but pure emotion. They change 'jungle' to 'rain forest'. Then they change 'swamp' to 'wetlands'. Why is this? It is to play on your sense of emotions rather than your sense of logic. A lot of unthinking people fall for this merely because it sounds so good. Also a lot of people believe in this because they trust these shysters or con men. The term con derives from the word confidence. First they gain your confidence and then your money. How do these unscrupulous people gain your confidence? Merely by changing a word. They say 'we are trying to protect the rainforest'. And a lot of people go along with it and say 'Oh, that is such a noble idea'. Where as if they were to say 'we are trying to protect the jungle' you would say 'what are you nuts!?'. People like Al Gore get rich in this confidence game by merely changing a word. The only difference between Al Gore and a carnival con man is the amount of money.

I think that even if there wasn't humans, there would still be some degree of climate change. The world's ecosystems are shifting constantly, albeit rather slowly.

I believe in climate change but I do not it is as "big" a concern as many point it out to be. I care about the environment so I recycle and buy low VOC cleaners, etc. I drive a gas guzzler though. One human can't change something that big.

First off you believe in things like religion. Climate change is real. It's been happening since the beginning of time and will always happen. BTW man has nothing to do with it.

I believe the climate changes - but the notion that the human release of CO2 causes any meaningful warming is simply a scam being used to promote Socialism.

I asked people in Alaska and they tend to see the cyclic patterns in climate change. Ask someone in Florida or the Caribbean, they only care about the hurricane seasons.

Those who have jobs that depend on what ever panic can be produced, they need the earth to keep warming based on man-made global warming.

Overall, it think that it that man-made global warming scare is falling apart and that is why the UN moved its discussions on the topic to the warmest place on the Earth right now

yeah, but I'm not sure that 'global warming' as a title is very accurate. i think there a more pressing social issues going on at the moment though and is only going to get worse. as important as the environment is.
