Lost US drone/military secrets: would this be a good idea ?
Fit a drone with a special strong container of anthrax that could be blown open through remote-control. If the drone is shut down over enemy territory, the anthrax container is popped open and the lost drone becomes deadly for whoever approaches it.

Dumb idea. An unarmed drone for reconnaissance is illegal. It's a violation of a country's sovereignty, and every country has the right to shoot them down. We do it ourselves.
But a drone that carries weapons, that's not spying, that's an act of war. There are consequences.
Losing a drone in Iran gives Iran the chance to show the world that the US is spying on them, disrespecting their borders, etc. But a drone that carries explosives or anthrax or whatever, that's a weapon. It's an attack. In the case of anthrax, it's WMD, it's biological warfare. Do we really want to start a war with a WMD attack? Inviting WMD attacks on our own soil? Against which we have almost no defenses? Not a good idea.
