Where can I good find a free web host that is advertisement free?

Most free web hosts I have seen are free for the first few months before switching to an advertising scheme which usually inserts vulgar ads into the website I am trying to make for a hospital volunteer group.

Are there any good free web hosts that are ad free and has been that way for a while?

One that can support:
