how many calories will I burn in 30 minutes of vigorous cardio?

If I am 126.5 pounds and I sweat a lot while I am exercising how much would I burn? I'm having a hard time finding out the information.

    There is a website that I use to help me with that exact question. It also has a calorie calculator for what foods you eat. First, you type in your exercises that you do for the duration and intensity, and you fill in the foods that you eat and it automatically subtracts the calories gained from the calories burned to get your overall net calorie intake.
