Sounds perfect. You could substitute the pants for a skirt if you wanted to.

Casual means no long dresses so you can wear a dress if you like just not floor length. Or if your more comfortable with dress pants that fine too.
As it is Christmas try to incorporate some Christmas colors like maybe a nice red silk blouse or you could wear something with some sparkle. Atlantic city is a very glitcy city so it would work and at Christmas it's totally appropriate to wear sequened clothing for example. You could wear a dressy sweater with some Christmas patterns on it but I would not recommend it if your going to be in a crowded room with dancing you will be too hot.
The rest of what you list is fine.
Have fun!

For a business casual Christmas party, most people tend to wear dresses or at least a skirt. I would recommend:
- tight cowl neck sweater (these are super in fashion this year)
- A line skirt (keep the hemline at your knee or just above)
- tights (wild patterns on your tights would be nice)
- knee high boots with a bit of a heel (adds spice to your outfit)

that's a really nice outfit you're wearing, try to cut down on the black, it may look professional but it's a party so you could add bangles or necklaces. if you have a smart blazer it could fit perfectly. if you're not into jewelry try a cute hairstyle like a quiff ponytail smart and party-ish ^.^ i don't think a sweater goes well with dress pants. try a sleek long sleeve or a halter top perhaps?? up to you, do what you think is best hope i helped!
xoxo
