Why do so many women fancy fireman?

I know it's rude to answer a question with a question...but if you were the one looking at some then can't you answer your own question?

If I was to take a guess I'd say that it's because many fireman have strong bodies and they are symbolic of a hero. Similar to a knight in shining armor riding a white horse that comes along and saves the maiden in just about every mid-evil love story.

They used to hire only the cream of the crop, like airline stewardesses back in the day...So they were basically all pretty cute, and some still are :)

I think it's because they seem tough and heroic. They also work very hard and are motivated and passionate about their communities. Those can be very attractive qualities in any person, male or female.

They want to be given a good hose down ;)
