What can I use leftover buttermilk for?
I used this in a recipe and now I don't know what to do with it. Can you give me some ideas?

You could make a little bit of ranch dressing, or there's an excellent recipe on epicurious.com for a buttermilk-basil dressing.

You could use leftover buttermilk in lots of ways. i like to just drink it plain. You can put in
gravy or use leftover buttermilk to dilute canned soup with. You could put it in homemade
potato soup.

Here's a list of recipes that use buttermilk :) I would recommend the biscuits, banana cake, and Ihope butter milk pancakes- I've made these three things before and they turned out wonderfully delicious :) The other recipes look yummy too, though
