how does a mysteryshopper job work, does this seem legit to you?

I don't know that company but you don't get paid by the hour with mystery shopping - you get paid by the assignment whether it takes you 1 hour or 4 hours, and you make $5-10 per assignment

I don't know any companies that advertise on Cragslist - unfortunately too many advertised mystery shopping jobs are nothing but Nigerian money mule scams.

They might be real or might not but to protect yourself remember the following

- real mystery shopping companies will NEVER make you pay any money to register or find out about assignments

- real mystery shopping companies will NEVER send you checks/money orders in advance or ask you to wire money through Western Union or Moneygram

- real mystery shopping companies will never send you out on any assignment until they have issued and you have returned both an I-9 and W-4 form and gone through their training/orientation process

it's a SCAM. Once you open their link and click on every single thing you will eventually notice your computer's gotten so many virus already. Plus it might have hidden charges on yyour credit card too.
