Apparently they were friends.
Odd.

Put it this way. He never directly said Hitchens was in "hell" but he made it plain that he believed that to be the case. Doug Wilson actually believes his own spiel. This, despite the fact that the "christian" version of "hell" does not even exist in the bible AND the fact that "god" alone judges who is worthy and who is not.
In the Gospel of Mary, in Mary 3:9, Jesus says, "Anyone with a mind should use it to think". Hitchens certainly did that, therefore he fully followed Jesus' commandment. "God" loves those who follow what Jesus taught, therefore, Hitchens is in "heaven" if it exists and I'm quite sure he and "God" are having a very interesting conversation.
Blessings on your Journey!

Not really
I'm annoyed he used this opportunity to rant about Heaven/.Hell etc but he made it clear that he was sorry that Hitchens is no more

@Mad Muslim:
Yes they were friends. They toured America, debating one another at various venues, one of which was Westminster Theological Seminary. (It's online.)
