Refurbished Dell 745 starts up on it['s own. after normal shut down.?
I just recently bought a Dell Computer 745, from Overstock.com, What can I say, the price was great.
Anyway, the unit works great is fast and has plenty of hard drive and memory.
Only one problem, when I shut it down. it will turn back on, later on, by itself.
I even unplugged it, then plugged it back in, later on, and it still started straight away.
No help with Dell, as the service numbers I got, aren't under a warranty.
Any help will be appreciated. Not sure if it's soft ware, or a hardware issue.

More than likely it is either the motherboard or power supply.
It is an easy fix but you might want to try and send it back to overstock.com
I am sure they have some sort of 7 day DOA.(Dead On Arrival)
I work for a computer recycling company and deal with this model a lot.
Buying used computers is a great way to save money and helps to reuse computers.
It is hard to tell what is really wrong with the unit until a tech swaps parts out to see what the problem is.
My bet is on power supply or mobo.
