Any reasonably priced clothing stores for tall junior girls?

I know of Delia's, Kohl's, among others online and don't want to pay over $50 for tall inseam pants. My daughter doesn't like jeans, but loves the velour and yoga pants, along with dressy casual or kakhis. Her inseam would be a 34-36 as she is 5'9" and only 13. Thanks if you can help :-)

    For yoga pants you can go to victoria secret and they have some reasonable prices especially if you go to an outlet. Also for khakis and causals you can go to old navy
