Yeah, back in September. How many troops have been shot because of this?
Maybe if the troops hadn't been out trying to buy drugs we wouldn't have this problem.
Also, "not wearing your uniform out and about everywhere you go" is actually sound advice that the Navy has been following for years. About time the Army started thinking of it.

Ummmm..because it's not happening? We're not going into Syria (if we were, why would we have pulled all the troops out of Iraq, a nation conveniently next door?).

hmmm - Easy targets from the gang bangers' perspective. A guy in uniform stands out, and you know a soldier in public won't be armed.
The article says "soldier" but I wonder if the Crips distigush between that and "service member"; thinking about the Marines and the Toys for Tots mission.
I hope there is a penalty for declaring war on US Soldiers.

The press probably don't regard that report as credible either so its not surprising.
Anyway what do the members of the military expect, that the crips won't retaliate to an earlier home invasion. I'm not saying its right but they should expect something in return

The infantrymen will have to no longer be retailers of the church. That being mentioned, the legislation towards devout expression in Afghanistan is aspect of why this backwater cesspool is so tousled, so I might supply a rip approximately one of these legislation on any ethical grounds.

Yes i had to come in to work not in uniform and change work for 2 days because of this before it was determined that the guy who said it did not have the authority to make that hit and the soldiers who did it were arrested.
this was months ago

My husbands in the Marines stationed in CA and yes we have heard about this. His unit and others have been warned to not wonder or make yourself obvious if going to LA or other places where gangs are known.
