SERIOUS BIBLE STUDENTS, PLEASE: HOW DO YOU VIEW THE SON OF GOD, JESUS, NOW?

Do you view him as a human baby still, when he has grown up very much to be a 'Mighty God....Prince of Peace' (Isa. 9:6), the next ruler over the earth (Dan. 7:14)?

    King James Version Bible

    2 John Chapter 1

    3. Grace be with you, mercy, [and] peace, from God the Father, and from the Lord Jesus Christ, the Son of the Father, in truth and love.

    Isaiah Chapter 53

    1. Who hath believed our report? and to whom is the arm of the LORD revealed?

    2. For he shall grow up before him as a tender plant, and as a root out of a dry ground: he hath no form nor comeliness; and when we shall see him, [THERE IS] NO BEAUTY THAT WE SHOULD DESIRE HIM.

    3. He is despised and rejected of men; a man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief: and we hid as it were [our] faces from him; he was despised, and we esteemed him not.

    4. Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted.

    5. But he [was] wounded for our transgressions, [he was] bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace [was] upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.

    6. All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and the LORD hath laid on him the iniquity of us all.

    7. He was oppressed, and he was afflicted, yet he opened not his mouth: he is brought as a lamb to the slaughter, and as a sheep before her shearers is dumb, so he openeth not his mouth.

    8. He was taken from prison and from judgment: and who shall declare his generation? for he was cut off out of the land of the living: for the transgression of my people was he stricken.

    9. And he made his grave with the wicked, and with the rich in his death; because he had done no violence, neither [was any] deceit in his mouth.

[Concerning John the Baptist & Himself if what the Jews were expecting in our Lord Jesus Christ’s appearance.]

    Matthew Chapter 11

    7. And as they departed, Jesus began to say unto the multitudes concerning John, What went ye out into the wilderness to see? A reed shaken with the wind?

    8. But what went ye out for to see? A man clothed in soft raiment? behold, they that wear soft [clothing] are in kings' houses.

    9. But what went ye out for to see? A prophet? yea, I say unto you, and more than a prophet.

    Matthew Chapter 16

    14. And they said, Some [say that thou art] John the Baptist: some, Elias; and others, Jeremias, or one of the prophets.

    15. He saith unto them, But whom say ye that I am?

    16. And Simon Peter answered and said, Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God.

    17. And Jesus answered and said unto him, Blessed art thou, Simon Barjona: for flesh and blood hath not revealed [it] unto thee, but my Father which is in heaven.

    Revelation Chapter 22

    13. I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last.

    Revelation Chapter 21

    6. And he said unto me, It is done. I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. I will give unto him that is athirst of the fountain of the water of life freely.

    John Chapter 10

23 And Jesus walked in the temple in Solomon's porch.

    30. I AND [MY] FATHER ARE ONE.

    John Chapter 14

    15. If ye love me, keep my commandments.

    Revelation Chapter 1

    1. The Revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave unto him, to shew unto his servants things which must shortly come to pass; and he sent and signified [it] by his angel unto his servant John:

    2. Who bare record of the word of God, and of the testimony of Jesus Christ, and of all things that he saw.

    13. And in the midst of the seven candlesticks [one] like unto the Son of man, clothed with a garment down to the foot, and girt about the paps with a golden girdle.

    14. His head and [his] hairs [were] white like wool, as white as snow; and his eyes [were] as a flame of fire;

    15. And his feet like unto fine brass, as if they burned in a furnace; and his voice as the sound of many waters.

    16. And he had in his right hand seven stars: and out of his mouth went a sharp twoedged sword: and his countenance [was] as the sun shineth in his strength.

    17. And when I saw him, I fell at his feet as dead. And he laid his right hand upon me, saying unto me, Fear not; I am the first and the last:

    18. I [am] he that liveth, and was dead; and, behold, I am alive for evermore, Amen; and have the keys of hell and of death.

Jesus is not dead he is still alive and will return to earth before judgement day. He is NOT the mighty god himself, but a messenger of god. Nowhere does jesus say in the bible the he is God or that people should worship him. He himself has said that he cannot do anything by himself unless god helps him. He tells people to worship god who is his (jesus's) lord. If you dont believe me then read the bible properly.

The only view a serious Bible scholar would have is the one the Scriptures portray. It is all of Jesus. In the Garden to the Cross and then to the throne. Each part is to be celebrated and cherished. This Sunday, just as all Sundays, we will be praising the fact that Christ died to remove our sins and, just as all Sundays, we will partake of the Lord's Supper in remembering what it took--from the birth to the cross.

Is Jesus Mr. Lovey-Dovey-turn the other cheek-Goodie-Two-Shoes, like all these demonic liberals would have us believe?

    Not at all.

Countless New Testament passages show Jesus was as vengeful, angry and violent as his Father, perhaps more so. Of course, if you ignore these thousands of Bible passages and just focus on the one -- John 3:16 -- you can live in a fantasy world believing you are going to Heaven even though 587 other verses say you'll burn for eternity in Hell.

Like the ostrich, these John 3:16 liberals stick their heads in the sand, refusing to accept the remainder of the New Testament. Well, I have news for them. That sand won't protect them from the giant flames which will one day engulf their bodies -- flames sent by each member of the Holy Trinity, Jesus included. I wonder how persuasive their recitation of John 3:16 will be as the skin burns off their bones?

I view him as a critical peace to the salvation of the world. He demonstrated how a normal human being just like you or I could realize the Christ Consciousness in a lifetime. In fact that is what I believe the purpose of his conception in this world was to do. To show us that it is possible to tap into our divine creator and make our actions and words so Godly that we are as Jesus was He was the perfect role model and the phrase 'what would Jesus do' could not be more endearing to me.

Of course He isn't still a baby. He is the King of Kings and Lord of Lords, the Name above all Names.

He grew up. He died on the Cross at age 33. He was a man at that age, not a baby.

The people that celebrate A tree with tinsel, tinsel balls, fairy of top, cake, beer, turkey, crackers etc are following the teachings of men and isn't bible based.

When they stand before Jehovah during the thousand years and have to answer for the deeds during their lifetime then they will get full compensated for the denial and ridicule of Jehovah and his Son Jesus. Those faithful to Jehovah & Jesus will not have to lift a finger to them because He(Jehovah) will be on their side to support and comfort his true followers and who give glory to His name.

(John 8:32) . . .and YOU will know the truth, and the truth will set YOU free.”

Source(s): (John 17:3) This means everlasting life, their taking in knowledge of you, the only true God, and of the one whom you sent forth, Jesus Christ.
