That's normal to a puppy that is not properly trained. I'm also like you before who have suffered from that kind of problem with my puppies. I have to puppies and I almost give up until I decided to search something like dog training guide and found this guide so called Secrets to dog training. I recommend this guide every time somebody ask me because I personally tested it and it is really effective.

Let's see...what do puppy pads do? They teach a dog to go in the house. Put the pup on a schedule taking him out every 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
