cork screw if that doesn't work take pipe off from under the sink and use a screwdriver to pop it out

potato peelings, rice, any kind of pasta, dog food, glass, bones, lemon peels, orange peels, apple peels, subway sandwiches, coke cans, egg shells....lots and lots of others Ive pulled a lot of stuff out of kitchen drains including those listed above. The disposal is designed for MINIMAL foods that are left on dishes. You take the dishes and scrape off the food in the garbage and then if there is one or two corn kernels left on the plate then they go down. You never want to put TOO MUCH down at once. Always run water too. The disposal is not a trash eater like many people think. It's only to be used sparingly which is why I think they are a stupid invention even though I have one myself but I NEVER use it.

Get a pair of tweezers or needlenose pliers and try to pry it loose, can't stay stuck forever, try wiggleing it.
