Once again it's the 'Liberace' answer. When TV shows want a gimmick to show someone in heaven, say Liberace, he's shown dressed all in white, playing a piano while floating on a cloud.
Hence the mix-up - "heaven" in our minds shows piano playing, or in this case smoking... but these are physical, earthly pursuits, not spiritual, which is the state of beings in heaven.
The point being is mankind was made for the earth, our hope is to live forever as physical human beings right here on this planet in an earth transformed back to its paradise state, as was intended by the garden of Eden.
So, 'no', no smoking, piano playing or golfing in the clouds in heaven.
And BTW: Hell does not exist, the bible clearly says when you die you are 'conscious of nothing at all' so your hope is to live in paradise on earth, and if you die before God steps into man's affairs to cleanse the earth of those not serving him, your hope is to be resurrected back to life on earth once the paradise is established.

You can create anything you want to in heaven, you yourself can even make the butts disappear if you want to.
