Why does your weight change through out the day?

In the mornings I usually weight 116.4 pounds(that is if I don't wake up in the middle of the night and have some small snack(usually a handful of M&M's, or some other small sweet snack and drink something) If I DO do that I weigh about 117.0 pounds. Why though does my weight drop through out the day and go up? Even if I eat the SMALLEST thing in the morning for breakfast my weight can change fro, 116.4 to 116.8 or even 117.0! Then around dinner time I am back down to 116.4 pounds, but after dinner I am back up to 117.2-117.6 pounds! I know I dont eat so much food for my weight to do this and it gets annoying. I know I shouldnt weigh myself every day, 2-3 times a day any way but it is very tempting to do, with the scale just there in the bathroom! I am 21 years old and 5'0 so I would LIKE to get down to 110 pounds...just struggling to loose these 6-7 pounds!

well it depends a lot too on how much you drink. Drinking cool water boosts your metabolism but if you drink a lot of water, and then weigh yourself, you'll weigh more because you have more inside of you. To accurately determine how much weight you've lost after a certain amount of time, weigh yourself at the same time of day.

The human frame profits and drops weight like that, particularly while you fall asleep. Have you ever heard while you sleep you develop taller however while you get up you return on your average peak ? Well that is very similar to what occurs with weight. It's average. You burn off energy.
