Is it weird for adults to go to disney world if they don't have kids...?

Me and boyfriend are going tp start planning our 1st vacation soon...I'm 18 and he's 25. And well I really want to suggest going to disney world because its my absolute favorite place in the world....but would it be weird for us to go since were not bringing kids...(I feel like it would be weird waiting in line for peter pan or snow white and getting on the ride with out kids.) Id want to go to all the parks at disney but my fave is magic kingdom (I just went last april when i was 17) I even a lil nervous to... even suggest we go to disney world...but I dont wanna go on a "couples relaxing" vaca...im still rather young and wanna do something exciting and fun....so what are your thoughts?

Update:

I just felt like it was weird cuz of that strange couple on braidsmaids who went to disney world for theor honeymoon hahaha and i decided if my bf isnt down to go to disney world im just gonna go with my friends

Disney World isn't just for kids... people from all over the world go there. Old, young, couples, families, groups of friends. I don't know how your boyfriend would feel about it, as there are a lot of guys who do think it's more for kids, but what would be the harm in suggesting it? If you can't talk to your boyfriend about things and come to compromises then your relationship won't work anyways. Both of you should separately write down a list of 5 places you'd like to go, then compare them and see if you have any in common. I'm with you- I love Disney World (I'm a 27 year old female with no kids), but my boyfriend (28) doesn't care for it because he doesn't like rides or heights. My parents actually went to Disney World for their honeymoon back in 1983!

No, it's not weird at all. My boyfriend and I have annual passes to Disneyland and we go all the time and never have kids in tow. As someone who used to go to Disneyland with children from various age groups, I can honestly admit that Disneyland is more fun without children. You should go, have a great time, and enjoy the fun of Disney World. Don't worry about your age, just enjoy the fact that Disney World is for kids of all ages from 2 to 102.

No way! Disney is for everyone, not just for families with kids. I plan to keep going there when I get older, and I won't be having kids. I've seen plenty of adults who go there without kids, like Newlyweds and couples like you and your Boyfriend.

I've seen adults who look at kids while at Disney like they're not supposed to be there. Don't worry, and have fun!

It's definitely not weird for adults to go to Disney World for a holiday. Disney World is for adults and kids to play. It's nothing wrong for you to go to Disney World. =D Good luck in your trip!

Definately not weird! I've been to Disneyland many times before, and I always have seen loved up couples :) I think it's really sweet, and last time I went to florida, we shared a mini bus with a couple who had just got married and came to Disneyland for their honeymoon :D

You can do whatever you want. In my opinion if you aren't going with an elementary age child - then it's a little weird. It is too expensive and why kill yourself waiting in line all damn day?

Trust me, I work there - you see everyone from families with 20 kids to young adult couples and elderly couples. Disney is for EVERYONE. It's not themed just for kids.
