Question Only for Those Serious About Practice Astral Projection?

Last night I experienced the electrical vibration that precedes separation from the body, but as I was about to do it, all I could see (with my eyes still closed) shadowy silhouettes of more than one entity rapidly approaching me and getting closer to me than I was comfortable with. Does the fact that they appeared shadowy necessarily mean they're negative forces? Or is it possible they were angels or just other astral travelers that would have "come to light" in their true colors (white robes, orange and black baseball shirts, red and gold football jerseys, or what have you), had I completed the separation process and been able to see my surroundings more clearly? It also seemed as if one of these entities was getting ready to grab me the minute I came out of my body, so that freaked me out as well, and I ended up going back into my "house". Any thoughts?
