How do you read 10.92 Million?

If a T.V. show has 10.92 million in ratings is it the 10.92 million...10 million or something else?

    "Ten point Nine Two Million."

    Definitely not "Ten point Ninety-Two Million"!

    It is the number 10,920,000

    So you could say "Ten Million, Nine Hundred Twenty Thousand"
