Any problems with quoting a terms of service?

I am wanting to know if there is any legal issue in place that I should be worrying about when it comes to quoting a company or service's terms of service, user agreement, or any similar virtual contract?

Quoting in the manner of evaluating their services of course.

No legal issues, unless you use it for your own business. They make the information available to the public so you can quote it all you like.
