Lump in throat sore jaws dry mouth loss of appetite sometimes bitter/bland taste in mouth and nausea?

What is causing all these symptoms?

And I also have bone/joint pain and shooting pain in arms and legs

Blood tests all normal

X ray normal

    this is because of throat infection and indigestion in the stomach

    drink warm water

    paracetamol twice a day for 3 days, anti acid tablets twice a day foe 3 days

    hot soup

    hot drinks

    will help

    Have they checked you for MONO?? there is a specific test that needs done for that and it wont show up in any other test.
