16 year old siamese cat is sick?

He spends most of his time sleeping in a cardboard box, but seems happy and purrs when given attention. He otherwise has no ambition to do anything, and usually pees on the carpets or the kitchen floor rather than use the litter box.

    He needs to see his vet for a diagnosis. This cat is clearly not healthy!
