Just as you enjoy living and would like to continue doing so other people do too and to take a life for no good reason, like self-defense or in defense of others who are incapable of defending themselves is stealing in that you are taking something that is not yours to take and in doing so you are not simply robbing one individual of his/her life, you are robbing many others of their son/daughter, mother/father, sister/brother, aunt/uncle, cousin, friend, playmate, bridge partner, newspaper carrier, classmate, neighbor, etc. The murder of one person impacts a great many people. Such a thing can tear families apart, can cause others to sicken and die, destroy relationships and often does. I speak as one whose family was impacted by the very brutal murder of a beloved son, uncle, brother, cousin and friend many years ago. My family was NEVER the same after that. NEVER. The person who stole my uncle's life stole my family's heart.

That being said, abortion is NOT murder. I realize your question said nothing about abortion, however by posting a question about the moral argument against murder in the Pregnancy section I can't help but think you are trying to make some sort of idiotically emotional pro-life statement. Instead of wasting time on such foolishness as this, why not do something to work towards making this world a place in which abortion is an unneccessary procedure? No one but me has the right to tell me what I must do with my own body. I would rather not ever have an abortion and given access to affordable, reliable birth control as well as accurate family planning information I WON'T EVER HAVE TO!!!! No woman in her right mind WANTS to have an abortion, lots feel like they must have one because due to the lack of access to birth control and/or information they find themselves pregnant and unable to cope. They do not deserve judgement, they deserve HELP.
