Cholineegic urticaria ??? ?

I don't want you to explain/define/describe/name this disorder .. Or telling me that there's no permanent cure !! just want you to TELL ME WHY ME !! Is  it meant to be because I have a very damn bad luck ?? All my familyside doesn't have this retarded issues except me, then why! 

I've been suffering from Cholinergic urticaria for 6 years and I'm 22 now and it's getting worse by days I can't do several activities I have no social life !! Till one day I decided "finally" to get the treatment under a medical attention and I get temperer relief of it  .

    Why do you have it? Nobody knows for sure.

    As you know, there is no cure. There is treatment:

    1. Avoid your triggers (obvious, I know)

    2. Have a doctor check your thyroid. Thyroid issues can cause it

    3. Antihistamines (preferably one of the modern non-sedating antihistamines)

    4. Treat the depression and stress. The reaction can worsen depression and stress, and depression and stress can worsen the reaction.

    There may be something in your diet that sets you up for urticaria. Try eliminating wheat, rye and barley products(anything containing gluten). If that doesn't work, move on and try dairy products or nightshade vegetables. I had close to disabling urticaria for 10 years and they went away in about 3 weeks when I went gluten free by accident. I have been gluten free/urticaria free for 8 years.
