Whats More Important For A Job -- Experience Or Qualifications?

I am currently just wondering what has an advantage over each other when applying for a job

I know qualifications are important but what is more important, qualifications or actual work experience ??

    Education seemed to be most important in what I did.

    Employers want people that can be promoted.

    Experience is qualifications. Get one and you have the other. They cannot be separated.

    Not easy to say which is best cos in differing circumstances one might outweigh the other, but neither one is as important as - loyalty /honesty & enthusiasm
