What kind of RAM should I buy?

My motherboard is ASUS P5G41C-M and since it's compatible with DDR3 RAM (currently installed with DDR2 2 x1GB) so I want to upgrade it. What kind of DDR3 RAM should I buy?

Also, my CPU processor is Core 2 Duo E7500.

Update:

Btw, I want to upgrade to 8GB of RAM. :D

    For best performance you should buy DDR3 PC3-12800.

    your motherboard (ASUS P5G41C-M) is dual channel, so

    buy DDR3 memory stick , install it on the black slots.

    u already have DDR2 2 x1GB RAM , so u may go for DDR3 4GB stick (6GB is enough) , more or less upto you!

    2x4gb ddr3 sticks

    Corsair and g.skill are both good companies
