I see weird stuff after I run?
I run everyday, usually for a couple of hours at a time outside, as a stress reliever. When I sit down to get water or come inside when I'm done, I'll glance at my legs and i feel delusional. My skin is like moving, as in heading for the center, like a stream of water. It's not sweat and it I don't feel pain, so I know it's just my eyes or head or something. It happens on my arms too, but if I look down at the ground or try the sky or something everything seems normal. Its just my skin. I don't see dots, my vision isnt blurry it's just my skin. I feel pressure in my head when this happens too, but I always notice the skin first. This usually passes in about five to ten minutes, and sometimes I just ignore and keep running and I feel fine in a little bit.
I know it's all in my head and stuff and I'm guess I'm doing something wrong for this to be happening, do what can I do to avoid this?
(I also have excercise-induced allergies to certain foods, but I'm careful not to eat them hours before I run. I don't think it's related.)

I used to experience the same thing, a kind of shrinking/stretching effect on my skin that usually went away after a few minutes. I don't have any idea what causes this, but as far as I know it wasn't harmful. If it continues and really starts to bother you, you may want to see a doctor, just to be safe.
