Could I apply to be a transient student?
Currently I'm a student at North Georgia Technical College. However I'm wanting to major in Early Childhood Education, which they don't have as a major and due to housing I have to live in a dorm. I would go to another school that has dorms that's actually in my hometown but due to grades I can't get in. Would I be able to become a transient student and take classes in my hometown online or something while I'm taking classes and living at North Georgia Tech?

Some four year schools that are in or very near to Georgia, and which are very, very easy to get into, include: Northwest Florida State College, Toccoa Falls College, Georgia Gwinnett. I am not sure which have dorms, or the major you need, but I'd like you to have a look at them. Talk to those you like.
Toccoa Falls has a transfer agreement with NGTC. I'd have you give them a very serious look. They admit 99% of students who apply, so you really have a shot there.
I don't know if you can take online classes at NGTC. You'd need to find out if they offer online classes, and in the subjects you need. Your advisor could help you with that.
