I know this is one for the Neurologist but I live in BC and it will take months to get another appt.?
My son has Epilepsy Grand Mals and Myoclonic jerks. He has JME (which for the curious, means A form of epilepsy that occurs in teenagers and involves sudden muscle jerking and seizures which is especially common on awakening). My sister, coincidentally was diagnosed with MS a year later (she is six and a half years older than I, although I don't think that matters).
About five weeks ago, my son (who is almost 21) started complaining about numbess and tingling down the left side of his body when he tilts his head just a litte; It is constant and doesn't go away. At first, he thought it might just be a pinched nerve because he stopped sleeping on the couch and actually moved to a bed but it was again 5 weeks ago and it just hasn't gone away.
He also has had tremors in his hands for quite a few years but ignores it because it only affects him when he is holding his hands out.
I don't live with him right now and can't actually drag him by the ear to the doctor but it is possible that this is only coincidence.
Does anybody have any educated opinions? Keep in mind he has had Epilepsy for nine years now so this isn't our first go around.
*** Just to be clear, I am concerned about the possiblity of M.S. and wondering about the likelyhood that he could even have both and is it genetic.. etc, etc. I am trying to no be a paranoid Mom but I guess it doesn't matter how old your kids get, you still worry.
Thank you.

The best that I can do is suggest an Epileptologist
I know what u r going through. I know u don’t want to here my life story but here it is.... I am 22 and have had partial complex seizures since I was 18 months. I started with a grand mal and it just got worse from there. I was put on so many different anti-convulsions through those years I couldn’t even keep track. At 16 I found out that there was such a thing as an Epileptologist. With that they were able to try to get me on other meds and my seizures were better controlled. Before then I had a neurologist and they had my on so many medications at once and some were made for people 30 years old or more. Also with the Epileptologist they ended up to do many test and found out what part of the brain was causing the seizures and did brain surgery when I was 16. With that said I have been seizure free ever sense.
Even if they cant do that then they can put him on the right medications and at least help it.
PS: if you have any question please feel free to e-mail me.

Why do not you bypass to the library and brush up on your lack of understanding? I hear you replaced your concepts! What did you do with the diaper? you've an inferiority complicated -- and it is completely justified. you're not any more as undesirable as human beings say -- you're worse! do you would possibly want to leave so quickly? i develop into about to poison the tea. i'm busy now. am i able to miss about you yet again? Whom am I calling "stupid"? i do not recognize. what's your call? Take a holiday; bypass to club useless. Your mouth is getting too massive on your muzzle. you're as sturdy as an ox and particularly a lot as sensible. you stay evidence of reincarnation. no you possibly can probably get to be so stupid in only one lifetime. You strengthen on human beings -- like a wart!
