Cairo Metro's Women only compartments?
As I understand that in the Cairo Metro system, the 4th & 5th cars (out of the 9) are reserved for women (5th car being mixed use after 2100).
I was wondering if these women only compartments will allow the mother and children (provided that her child(ren) are still minors, even if there's at least a boy) travelling together?
It doesn't have to be like mother and her children, it can be aunts or female cousin in custody of the children at the time being.
Not really talking about children alone though. Please correct for me if I'm wrong.

Yes, children can go with their mothers or female relatives into these cars.

Yeah a mother or a female cousin in custody of the child(ren) are allowed but only if they are minors.
