P90x arms and shoulders?
So today i did the P90x arms and shoulders workout (disc 3). During the workout i pushed myself to the point where i couldn't do any more reps. Now, after the workout, my muscle aren't very sore. Is this typical for this workout? Also, I'm 5'8" 142 lbs. what weight should i use for the curls?

If it's the very first time you're doing arms/shoulders, then you're probably doing it wrong. BUT if say you're on week 3 and it's the 3rd week in a row you've done arms/shoulders, then no it's not strange that your muscles aren't very sore the next day. Your body adapts to the workouts (hence why they change at the end of the month) and in general your body gets used to exercising. Just keep with it!

You will most likely see outcome on your hands and shoulders. Unless there are situations stopping you from doing a complete frame, I could endorse doing a complete frame with an emphasis on Arms and Shoulders.
