Are all female teachers going to go to hell?

The bible says they should!

2 Timothy:

2:11 Let the woman learn in silence with all subjection.

2:12 But I suffer not a woman to teach, nor to usurp authority over the man, but to be in silence.

Technically, that pretty much include all female school teachers, Germany's Chancellor, Argentina's President, the British Monarch, among others.

Cue mental gymnastics below this line.

The verses you mentioned (1 Timothy:11-12) fall under the heading of "Instructions on Worship." They are meant to be read with that context in mind. They apply to worshiping God as a church. I think they mean that the pastors should be men because pastors are given a position of authority in the church. I don't think these verses are meant to be applied to teaching at school or areas outside the church.

A teacher in school doesn't have authority over a student the same way that a pastor has authority in the church; the pastor is supposed to be following God. A school teacher's role does not relate like that to God's authority.

In the Old Testament (Judges 4), there was a time God had a woman named Deborah lead Israel. She was a prophet who held court and decided the Israelites' disputes. She also gave God's commands to the people. This is the passage: http://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Judges...

So according to the Bible, I don't think there is a problem with women governing the country. Again, the verses you talked about apply specifically to worship; to teaching the church.

Also, you asked whether people would go to hell for this. Even if it was a sin for a woman to teach at school or to govern a country (and I think I've shown that Biblically, it's not a sin), people who accepted Jesus as their savior would not go to hell for this because Jesus has paid the price for their sins. But again, I'm pretty certain the Bible never says that teaching in school or governing the country is a sin.

I can't know what reasons God might have for deciding that women shouldn't teach over the church; but I trust him, and I know he loves both his sons and daughters.

    Look out! Incoming conclusion leapers!

If the author of a Bible text says not to do something, that does not mean that a person who does it will go to hell.
