internet explorer problem?

Today when I turned on my computer all of a sudden Internet Explorer won't open. When I click on it it says "choose the program you want to use to open this file". The only way I can open explorer is by right clicking and selecting "start" or "run as administrator". Mozilla/Firefox is doing the same thing. Any idea what is going on? (I don't know if it makes a difference but I have Windows Vista) Should I do a system restore?

I never use internet explorer or mozilla firefox, they always give issues. I use google chrome and never had issues with it. Download google chrome. Most likely you have a virus and mozilla firefox seems to attract viruses and wont start if theres one. Yes do a system restore now before it damages your computer, I lost my old windows vista computer due to virus from mozilla firefox browser.
