Can you eat dark chocolate and loose weight? Serious question, please read?

Small amounts of dark chocolate are suppose to healthy for you. Obviously, chocolate has a lot of calories and also fat. Is there a way to balance these two so that you can get the health benefits of dark chocolate, as well as a satisfying treat (helps on a diet), and still loose weight?

    cocoa is a very bitter and dry substance, and its a type of bean, and all the nutrients of chocolate are in the bean. the rest of chocoalte which is usually 90%, is all cocoa butter (the fat sxtracted form the bean) and sugar.

    you can have chocoalte and still lose weight.

    there are 2 ways.

    1) moderation. just enjo a dark chocolate truffle, or a tablespoon of dark chocolate chips each day (youll still lose weight) or have 1 relatively generous serving of chocolate once a week. your "treat" :). it shouldn't affect your weightless

    2) chocolate replacements. there are some actually. like 1 TBSP of cocoa powder + 1 packet of splenda sprinkled over 1 cup of chopped or shredded apple. it will taste similar to chocoalte with all the benifits and more (because all the benifits are in the cocoa powder) without the sugar or fat. of course its no the same but you could have a larger portion.

    No you will put on weight and to much chocolate can lead to headachs make you hyper only for a while then tired again plus if you do have other food and like it even then you nay find it harder to say no to chocolate.To much of any same amount of food is unhealthy! I have alot of smoothies and fruit drinks,i drank alot of soda when i was younger and was so hard to cut down but i feel great now so a little bit of chocolate is ok but not alot

    i eat lots of chocolate ( and other stuff).

    I eat as much food I am able to stuff in my face everyday.

    If i don't keep eating I lose weight almost instantly.

    So, yes - it's possible.

    In short - if you burn more calories than you consume you will lose body mass - guaranteed.

    Hello :) you can drink alot of Coffee and putgrated coffee on the foam that sort of stuff just not heaps of it :)
