How come it's greedy to want to keep your money, but not greedy to want someone else's?

What is a 5% tax hike to someone that's making over $200,000 a year??? They could go from paying 60,000 to 70,000... $10,000 is nothing for loaded Americans.. it would go to much better use helping a family in need.
