Paying Paypal invoice with pre-paid visa?

Question: I don't have a paypal account and rather not have to get one. If I went out and got a pre-paid visa at walmart for 100$, am I able to pay a paypal a 100$ invoice that was sent to my email from paypal using the visa?

    paypal only works one prepaid company that

    green dot money pak

    but you will still need to sign up for paypal

    otherwise paypal does not take/accept any any other prepaid card

    now a question are you SURE THE EMAIL IS FROM paypal

    as there are LOT of fake paypal email sent out

    I have an Advance America debit card and I used it to pay through PayPal for a purchase recently.
