I want to diet! PLEASE help me!?

I really want to lose some weight. I just want to go back from my old weight. I'm 50 kilos before but then after I gave birth to my baby I gained 15 kilos & now i'm 65 kg. So i want to lose 15 kilos or so in 6 months. Can i really do it? What should I do? I need some advice, tips whatsoever. please please please help me! thank you.

Update:

I want to lose 33-35 pounds in 6 months. i don't have allergy nor health problems. i'm 5'3 in height. i want to diet so badly.

    Since you're talking in kilos and not in pounds, I'm going to assume that you're in the UK or Canada. I'm not sure what kind of medical professionals you have in your area, but I would suggest seeing a nutritionist. For the most part, none of us (online) know your body type, allergies, metabolism, etc..., it would be very difficult for us to formulate something to your specific needs. A nutritionist can do that for you and help you lose the weight in a safe and constructive manner that won't be damaging to your health or immune system.

    In the mean time, I would suggest doing some low impact exercising like yoga to keep yourself flexible and to help plateau your weight.
