You can lose it even in 3 months,you just need to do your best,just don't be obsessed,relax and try not to take fats,eat fish and fruit,hit the gym if you can,don't stop eating food,thats not good for organism..i belive you will make it (:

yes you can. :) start with eating around 1400 calories a day. stay away from sodas and drink more water. also try to stay away from salt and fast food. and start doing a combination of cardio and muscle toning. such as walking/jogging. also if you have a smart phone. download myfitness app. it really helps me with my weight loss. good luck and congrats. :)
