Diet, Exercise, Hunger?

Here is an example of my daily food intake:

Breakfast

Coffee

English muffins

Melons

Lunch

Chicken broth

Bok choy

Soy sauce low

Bean sprout

shrimps

noodles

Dinner

osso

Lettuce

Onions

Green apple

red wine

Cucumber

balsamic vinegar

yellow beans

Snacks

jello

Bananas

Celery

I go to the gym daily and usually do cardio for about 20 to 45 minutes then I do abs, squats, leg work and stomach work.

I am a 5.5, 125 pounds, female.

I'm still feeling kinda hungry; any suggestions, am I doing something wrong?

Please keep in mind that I NEED to eat well as I have extremely lazy bowels and this seems to somewhat help.

Thank you for your help

Update:

Please do note that I do eat snacks in between all meals. Fruits in the a.m. and vegetables in the p.m. I am eating almost all the time.

I find that eating three large meals a day makes it hard not to feel hungry in between. You might consider eating more frequent, smaller meals. For example, try eating 4, 5, or even 6 proportionally smaller meals. At six meals a day, you will be having a meal every 2-3 hours, so just when you are starting to get hungry, your next meal time is due.

Seems pretty good. Just try to eat Food that fills you up! Also eat in smaller proportions. 4-6 small meals. And when you start feeling hungry drink a class of water or green tea. If your still hungry after that have a light snack. Veggies&fruits are delish! And good for you. :)

Try more protein. It'll keep you fuller longer.
