OK off the wall but i want a philippine phone number i can use in texas is there such a thing i have tried international call forwarding but they dont even respond to my question--thanks

Hello my friend! I hope all is well with you. I can't exactly answer your question but I can tell you how I am making contact with my girl in the Philippines. We use Skype video calling to chat and see each other.
The other option we use with my cell phone is this. I have PCS Metro and I can text my friend in the Philippines at no charge. It depends on what features your friend's cell service has as to whether or not they can text you back or not for free on their end. My girl doesn't have the service on her phone but she can respond to my texts via her laptop by emailing directly to my cell.
You're welcome to contact me directly and I can tell you how to get your cell phone email address. Most people don't know it but all cell phones have an email address unique to their phone number.
