Where can you find inexpensive (under $50) retro clothes?
you know, pin-up, 40s/50s-inspired, stuff like that
I've found some sites but most of the items listed are $50 or more, which is not in my budget
is there anywhere to find dresses and such that are $40 or lower? like, $30 or $20 would be better lol

I like eBay. You have to really look but you can usually find something. I bought three wool skirts, a sweater and a blouse for $100.00 last fall! Sometimes antique stores, surprisingly, also have really inexpensive vintage clothes. Of course these are actual vintage clothes and you seem to be looking for more of a contemporary-does-vintage look... I think eBay also has vintage inspired clothing. Also, I bet if you are, by any chance, good with a sewing machine you could buy antique sewing patterns and make your own vintage pieces. I've definitely considered doing that.
