My boyfriend is only 20 but..?

It takes him a very long time to ejaculate both with sex and with hand job/ oral. He also has a sluggish digestion if that is related.

How can he become invigorated? Id like to be able to have quickies sometimes.

    1,000 people asked will get you 1,000 answers. It does not matter what others do. You need to establish an honest relationship with him which includes "how can he become invigorated". He is the world's greatest expert on this matter. Talk to him. If he is unable to share this simply try different things until you find it, that is the fun part after all.
