Are we losing sight of reality... living in the virtual world?

If you haven't looked around.. Uh yeah. Everyone has a facebook and a cell phone and a twitter and OH MY GOSH... The list goes on and on and on and on and on and on. It's fun isn't it. We're losing basic social skills because it's easier to write LOL on a computer than to actually laugh with a friend. Good times.

Some people maybe yes.....For me the virtual world is a place i go when i have time and need the to distance from the reality i live in...I love my real life, its where my children are.

Reality is always there and if you don't live in it every day eventually you would become like a computer, .......useless without someone to push your buttons.

Sometimes I look back on my life and ask myself the same thing. As a child, loosing sight of reality is just a part of life. But as we get older, we start to notice that life isn't always what we thought it to be. We see the pain, the blood, the war, and we push back into our own little worlds. I, unfortunately, have fallen into made up worlds that almost take control over this 'real' world. To answer your question in very simple terms, the answer is "yes".

Who lives in the virtual world? Believe me, my life is real.

reality screwed me over too many times. the virtual world is much less cruel. maybe we are losing sight of it, but wuts the point in keeping it if it makes those of us who lose it miserable

Well if you want me to be honest I rather live a bitter truth then a complete lie my entire life, but to be honest as a whole we as humans sometimes get caught in our own greed and lust which clouds our rationality and we get delusional and irrational in a person's own "virtual world" so to speak...

I assume you mean living in the media world mindset instead of a natural mindset..or some other dimens I'm unaware of...but it's all about you buddy...alll love here

That is true ....in virtual world it is so easy to hide our pain but in real world everything is visible but no one want to see it.

Ohh, reality is TOO BOLD not to be seen. People only say "virtual".....as a mode of excuse.....when shamed by reality. :)

Define "reality"
