Best plan of action to get into PSYCH Master's Program?

My GPA in my Bachelor's was a 2.6. I had quite a few health problems while getting my degree, and changed majors part way through which put a damper on things. Would getting good GRE scores help my application enough or should I go back for a second bachelor's or post-grad work?

    A good GRE and graduate courses in psychology will help.
