It's Official!! I've got some Q's ready and my playlist updated. Bring your A-game folks, we're gonna test you! ~good luck catchin'.

Note: Here's how it goes down:

    1) All questions must be backed by fact. When best answer is picked a link is placed to prove it.

    2) you can ask any question, easy or hard.

    3) Links are not permitted as an answer. You have to actually answer the question.

    4) you can go online to research.

    5) once you answer a question and post it, you can't come back to edit. ( mind yourself Bruce.)

    6) The first right answer with most detail wins.

    7) The person asking the question will give you the ten points and at his or her own discretion, will send you a lure prize or a link to some crazy video ( you tube video) as your prize.

    8) At no time are you allowed to email the person asking the question for clues or hints. This disqualifies you automatically.

    9) At the end of the Big Kahuna, we tally up the winners. The one who has won the most get's bragging rights.

    10) We post you up on the board as the winner, you get to do your dance, you smile for a minute and then we kick you to the curb. haha. Just kidding.

So let's play, if any one wants to add to the rules....be my guest! Let's just get it right before the Big Kahuna!! ; )

Yeah, that's okay. I'd prefer it on the weekend (maybe sunday) BUT friday is less busy anyway.

Like Erik, I would appriciate a full out description of what REALLY goes on that day, what the questions should be about or the motives for them. What would you expect from the answers and what should you do to answer. Are they specifically for asking becuase you NEED to know? Or questions based upon your curiosity and WANT to know something about fishing. How many should you ask or answer to really get in the spirit? and any more detail you can add

AND, does it run all day? Or is it just for a set time in the day?

Other than that, I think jan 27'th is fine (unless your talking about another month, but what I have read so far leads more into jan than some other month)

    Thanks for the oppurtunity

EDIT: "Free" PRIZES???! sounds like my kind of game! (I doubt I'll win anything though) But hey no pain no game, even if I end up embarrasing myself. Hmm Bragging rights sound good, but I doubt I'll Really use them,,, Not my scene. 10 tally points scored towards the big kahuna party? Sounds great! Wait... How the hell are the askers going to send ANYONE free lures without having their adress... Or will you need to give it to them (I know... I'm stupid alot of times)

Anyway count me in! At least for a few, I won't be around all day, but I'll try my best to do some answers and now that I see how "big kahuna" was, I'll do some "specialized" questions. I wonder if my pocket is up for giving somone free prizes? Hmm, I better set up a word doc with my Q'S for the day in prep

    EDIT2: Chimp...

Sounds fair, I better write em on a doc first, so I can see all the mistakes and read it 3x before I post. As for the links... You may want to tell that to mariem "aka marine news girl" Not saying her answers arent't good (I got some great answers before from her) But they usually have a link...

Anyone ever get the thought that some answers are automated on here?

fine with me, I could use another explanation, my understanding is that you ask complex questions for just for the fun of it right?

Edit: Got it, thanks GMB. Gotta' start thinking of some good Q's.
