How do I created a media server for my laptop so the ps3 can pick it up, i am already part of my home group on my desktop can i not create a media server if i am part of a home group? if i can can someone explain how i can?

If it's Windows 7, Control Panel, Network and Sharing, Advanced Sharing Options. There is a media sharing option set there. (you have to have control panel in "view by : small icons" to follow my example.)
